Who will actually be on my job site?

A member of our leadership team is always on-site and leading every project. You're not hiring a company that sends whoever's available — you're working with the people you met from day one.

What's the minimum project size?

We take on projects starting at $25,000. This lets us do the work properly — with the right crew, the right materials, and the time it deserves.

We're based in Montreal and serve the Greater Montreal area, including the South Shore. For the right project, we'll consider Laval and other surrounding areas. Give us a call and we'll let you know if we can make it work.

How long will my project take?

It varies by scope, but most projects run one to two months. Because we work on one or two projects at a time, your job gets consistent attention — not a crew that's stretched across ten sites at once.

Do you work with engineers?

Yes, when the project calls for it. For structural work — load redistribution, wall removals, major reconfigurations — we bring in licensed engineers. We know what requires one and what doesn't, and we'll be upfront with you either way.

Do I need a designer or architect?

It depends on the scope. For clients with the budget, we're happy to work alongside a designer or architect of your choice. Or, for those who don't need that layer, we'll guide you directly to our trusted suppliers — the right person at the right showroom for your vanities, tiles, fixtures, and more. You won't be left to figure it out alone.

How does the process work?

It starts with a short call — just a few minutes — to make sure the project is a good fit. From there, we schedule a site visit, take measurements, and talk through what you want. We'll ask you to gather some inspiration images (Pinterest is great for this) so we can get a feel for your style. After the visit, you'll receive a detailed, itemized quote along with a to-do list of material selections — pointing you to the specific suppliers and showrooms we trust. Once materials are sorted and the quote is confirmed, a deposit locks in your spot on our schedule.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Karl holds a full RBQ General Contractor's License — the most comprehensive classification available in Quebec — and the company is fully insured. If you need proof of either, just ask.

What does it cost to work with you?

Our projects start at $25,000. Within that, we build fully itemized quotes that break costs down by stage, so you can see exactly where your budget is going. If our quote comes in above what you were expecting, we can adjust the scope or materials to bring it in line. If we come in under, we'll talk through what else you could do with that budget. Either way, the quote is a starting point, not a final word.
